Rates and Booking Conditions
1. Rates 2022
The rates are given per night and per person. They are based on double or triple rooms. For children under 8 years age, please contact us.
– 45 euro per person for full board accommodation
Full board includes: 1 night, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast.
– 35 euro per person half board
Half board includes: 1 night, 1 dinner, and 1 breakfast.
– 25 euro per person Bed and Breakfast
BB includes: 1 night, 1 breakfast.
For stays: sheets, pillows, blankets, towels are provided
2. Booking
Bookings should be done at least one week in advance. It depends on availability.
Regarding booking within 30 days from the date of arrival, we request full payment .
To confirm your reservation, we request 50% of the amount of your reservation, by bank transfer.
The full amount of your reservation should be sent at least 30 days before your arrival date.
Regarding last minute reservation, we require full amount of payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation booking :
More than one month cancellation from the date of arrival : deduction of 20% of the reservation amount
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival date: deduction of 50% of the amount of the reservation
Cancellation in less than 15 days before the arrival day: full payment of reservation
