God’s Bridge And Akchour Waterfalls

This is an itinerary in the national park of Talassemtane where you will enjoy the best scenery and views of the Rif Mountains and explore the beauty of Chefchaouen province.

DAY 1: TANGIER-CHEFCHAOUEN

Transfer from Tangier to Chefchaouen, guided tour in the medina, half board accommodation in Casa Hassan

DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN- ZAOUIYA

Breakfast and we start the trek in the national park. The trek lasts 4 hours. You will cross Tissouka fir trees and rural dwellings. We arrive at Talassemtane guesthouse and have lunch. Free time exploring the village; full board accommodation in Gite Talassemtane

DAY 3: ZAOUIYA – RIF MOUNTAINS

Today’s hike will lead us deep in the Rif Mountains. It takes 6 hours of joy among the dance and varied vegetation of the park. Lunch will be a picnic. Finally we arrive to our destination. Half board accommodation in  refuge.

DAY 3:  GOD’S BRIDGE- AKCHOUR

Today, you will walk towards the majestic God’s Bridge, known as “Pont de Dieu”. Today’s trek will last around five hours, but the natural beauty of the place is worth the work. The geological formations and rolling hills surrounded by mountains are a superb showing of the areas magnificent history. God’s Bridge is a red-rock formation which is best viewed at sunset. Tonight’s accommodations is in a refuge in Akchour

DAY 4 : AKCHOUR- WATER FALLS – CHEFCHAOUEN

We will hike around 7 hours along Farda river to reach a wonderful place in the heart of the mountains; Akchour waterfalls. Free time on the river to enjoy the cold fresh water
Return to the village and transfer to Chefchaouen. Half board accommodation in Casa Hassan a nice guesthouse

DAY 5: CHEFCHAOUEN – TANGIER

Breakfast and transfer to Tangier.
